Pick your product. Streaming uses viewer access codes, review uses share links.
The access code, link or password is wrong. Ask the stream owner for the correct invitation. A confidential access has its own password per viewer.
Your link is a protected access, so it needs a password as well. Use the email and password the owner sent you, or ask them to resend the invitation.
The access has a start and end time. Wait until it starts, or ask the owner for a fresh access if it has ended.
The owner turned the access off. Ask them to reactivate it.
A unique or protected link asks for your name before you join. Enter a name with at least two characters to continue.
If you see “The maximum viewer count per stream reached.” or “…per stream access reached.”, the viewer limit for the plan or the access is in use. Wait for someone to leave, or ask the owner to raise the limit.
“This session is restricted to specific countries.” means geo blocking is on. Ask the owner to allow your country. If you see “Your location could not be verified…”, a VPN or corporate network is hiding your location, so connect from a normal public connection.
A confidential access locks to the network of your first login. Use the same network, or ask the owner to reset the IP on your access.
