My encoder cannot connect
My encoder cannot connect
First check the basics in your encoder: the ingest server must start with
rtmps://, and the stream key must match the slot. If you still see “Streaming accesses are incorrect.”, the share may be turned off, the project may be archived, or you may be using the wrong credentials. Use your organisation ingest URL and stream key, make sure the project is active, and copy the values again from the app.Ingest Server not allowed.
Ingest Server not allowed.
Your encoder reached a server your account is not allowed to use, for example a TISAX or on-premises server that is not assigned to you. Use the default ingest server URL from the app, or contact your administrator to allocate the server you need.
This stream is already being published.
This stream is already being published.
The slot is already live from another encoder. Stop the first publisher, wait a moment, then start again. If a stream looks stuck, an administrator can reset the slot.
Stream paused: bitrate too high
Stream paused: bitrate too high
If you see “Your stream went over your plan’s bitrate, so we paused it. Lower your encoder’s bitrate, then unlock and restart it in your dashboard.”, your ingest bitrate was above your plan. Lower the bitrate in your encoder, click Unblock in the dashboard, and restart the stream. The maximum per plan is shown in the Ingest tab.
Stream paused: run-time limit
Stream paused: run-time limit
The message “Your stream reached its run-time limit, so we paused it…” is a safety net so a forgotten stream does not run forever. Click Unblock in the dashboard and restart your encoder to keep going.
Too many live streams at once
Too many live streams at once
“You have reached the limit … your account will need to be upgraded” means you hit the number of streams your plan can run at the same time. End one active stream, or upgrade your plan.
Wrong H.264 profile
Wrong H.264 profile
If viewers see “Please set your encoder to the Main or Constrained Baseline H.264 profile, then restart the stream.”, change the encoder profile away from High, then restart. Our OBS profile already uses the right setting.
