Conferencing is not available

Conferencing is part of a paid plan. Without it you see “Conferencing module not active” or “Conferencing not available”. See Plans and billing.

Others cannot see or hear me

Allow the browser to use your camera and microphone when asked, then check you are not muted and the camera is on. If “Failed to join meeting” appears, check the invite link and try again.

View only. Ask the moderator for control.

You joined with view only permission. Ask the moderator in the room to give you control so you can take part.

The meeting password is wrong

A protected room shows “Invalid password” when the entry does not match. Re-enter the password, or ask the host for the correct one.

The room is full

“Plan limit exceeded: maximum X participants allowed.” means the room reached its size. Note that each live stream counts as one participant. End some sessions, or ask the owner to upgrade.

Premium livestreaming is not included in your plan.

HD and premium livestreaming is a separate, metered feature. Upgrade to a plan that includes it.
