My comment did not save

If you see “Failed to add comment”, check your connection and try again. Make sure you are signed in, and do not navigate away before the comment shows “Comment saved”.

My drawing did not save

If you see “Annotation save failed”, refresh the page and draw the mark again. A stable connection keeps annotations in sync.

Comment translation is off

Automatic translation needs a paid plan and the account owner has to enable AI features. If it is off you see “AI features not available”. A one-off failure shows “Translation failed”, just try again.

My guest name is rejected

Guest names cannot contain special characters, so you may see “Guest names cannot contain special characters”. Use letters, numbers and spaces only.

I cannot find a comment

Use Search or sort by Newest in the comment panel, and click a thumbnail in the strip to jump to that frame.
