If you see “Failed to add comment”, check your connection and try again. Make sure you are signed in, and do not navigate away before the comment shows “Comment saved”.

If you see “Annotation save failed”, refresh the page and draw the mark again. A stable connection keeps annotations in sync.

Automatic translation needs a paid plan, AI features turned on for the account, and AI turned on for the project in its settings. If one is missing you see “AI features not available”. A single failure shows “Translation failed”; try again.

A guest name may be up to 50 characters and cannot contain
( ) # ! @ $ % ^ & * < > | \, so you may see “Guest names cannot contain special characters”. Hyphens, dots, underscores and apostrophes are fine.I cannot find a comment
