Billing is tied to your personal account. The billing tab shows who the account belongs to, how much storage you have and which plan you are on. Seats for members of an organisation are added to that personal subscription, so while you work in an organisation the tab only asks you to switch to your personal account.

The free plan comes with 250 MB of storage and 25 files, enough to try things out. When you need more, the page lists the paid plans that are currently available, each with its storage, its limits and its price. A separate card leads to sales when you need more than the listed plans cover. You can estimate your monthly cost right on the page before you choose, and manage payment and invoices from the same place.
