Uploading

Most often the connection dropped. Open the Upload Manager and retry the file, and check your internet connection. Large files are uploaded in parts, so a brief drop only affects the part in flight. If you see “Upload session not found”, start the upload again from the beginning.
The limit is 50 GB per file. Compress the file or split it into smaller parts under 50 GB, then upload again.
That format is not on the allowlist. Use a supported video, image or audio format, or write to support if you need one added. See Compatibility for the full list.
When you reach your plan limit you see “Storage quota exceeded. Upgrade your plan or delete files to free up space.” or “File limit exceeded.” Delete files you no longer need, or upgrade. If you are not the owner, you see “Plan limit reached. Please contact the project owner.”
You can upload up to 250 files in one go. For bigger sets, upload in smaller batches. If you upload very quickly you may briefly see a rate limit, just wait a moment and continue.
A short network or server hiccup interrupted the limit check. Wait a moment and start the upload again.

Downloading and managing files

If you see “No items selected for download” or “No downloadable items selected”, pick at least one file first. Folders cannot be downloaded as a single item, so open the folder and select the files inside.
Check that you have permission, close any open file tabs, then try again. Files in use by an active share can block deletion.
