Files and sharing

Almost any video, image or audio file. MP4, MOV, JPG, PNG and WAV play in the browser. R3D, ARI, PSD, HEIC, camera RAW, PDF and office files are stored for download. The full list is on File formats and limits.
Up to 150 GB per file and 250 files per upload. From 100 MB, a file is sent in parts.
The original is your file at full quality. The optimised version is a lighter copy for smooth playback. You switch between them in the preview.
That depends on your plan. The free plan has 250 MB and 25 files. See Pricing.

Yes. Open Settings → Billing in your personal account, go to the payment portal and cancel. The plan stays active until the period ends. In an organisation, the subscription sits in the owner’s account.
