Viewers join with an access code, a link or a confidential login. The message on screen names what is in the way.

Getting in

The code, link or password is wrong. Ask the stream owner for the right invitation. A confidential access has its own password per viewer.
The link is a protected access and needs a password too. Use the email and password from the invitation.
The access has a start and an end time. Wait until it starts, or ask the owner for a new access.
The owner turned the access off and can turn it on again.
Enter a name with at least two characters.
“The maximum viewer count per stream reached.” or “…per stream access reached.” means the viewer limit of the plan or the access is used up. Wait for someone to leave, or ask the owner to raise it.
“This session is restricted to specific countries.” means geo blocking is on, and the owner can allow your country. “Your location could not be verified…” means a VPN or company network hides your location. Connect over a normal internet connection.
A confidential access locks to the network of the first login. Use that network, or ask the owner to reset the IP of your access.

Watching

The encoder is not live yet. Refresh once the owner starts the stream.
Your connection dropped. Refresh the page or rejoin, and check your network.
Use the latest Chrome or Safari, on desktop or mobile.
Turn off True Tone, Night Shift and auto-brightness. See See colour correctly.
