Uploading

Most often the connection dropped. Open Upload in the file table and retry the file, and check your internet connection. Large files are uploaded in parts, so a brief drop only affects the part in flight. If you see “Upload session not found”, start the upload again from the beginning.
The limit is 150 GB per file. Compress the file or split it into smaller parts, then upload again. The 50 GB figure you may have seen applies to ZIP downloads, not to uploads.
That format is not on the allowlist. Use a supported video, image or audio format, or write to support if you need one added. See Compatibility for the full list.
When you reach your plan limit you see “Storage quota exceeded. Upgrade your plan or delete files to free up space.” or “File limit exceeded. Upgrade your plan or delete files to free up space.” Delete files you no longer need, or upgrade. If you do not own the account, see Account and plans.
You can upload up to 250 files in one go. For bigger sets, upload in smaller batches. If you upload very quickly you may briefly see “Rate limit exceeded”, just wait a moment and continue.
A short network or server hiccup interrupted the limit check. Wait a moment and start the upload again.

Downloading and managing files

“No accessible items selected for download” means nothing in your selection can be downloaded. Pick at least one file or folder you have access to. Folders are included as a ZIP, so you do not have to open them first.
Password protected folders are left out of the ZIP. Open each one and enter its password, then start the download again.
Check that you have permission, close any open file tabs, then try again. Files in use by an active share can block deletion.
