If you see “Failed to add comment”, check your connection and try again. Make sure you are signed in, and do not navigate away before the comment shows “Comment saved”.

If you see “Annotation save failed”, refresh the page and draw the mark again. A stable connection keeps annotations in sync.

Automatic translation passes three gates: a paid plan, AI features enabled for the account, and AI enabled on that project in the project settings. If any one of them is off you see “AI features not available”. A one-off failure shows “Translation failed”, just try again.

A guest name may be up to 50 characters and cannot contain
( ) # ! @ $ % ^ & * < > | \, so you may see “Guest names cannot contain special characters”. Hyphens, dots, underscores and apostrophes are fine.I cannot find a comment
