Conferencing is part of a paid plan. Without it you see “Conferencing module not active” or “Conferencing not available”. See Plans and billing.

Allow the browser to use your camera and microphone when asked, then check you are not muted and the camera is on. If “Failed to join meeting” appears, check the invite link and try again.

A protected room shows “Invalid password” when the entry does not match. Re-enter the password, or ask the host for the correct one.

“Plan limit exceeded: maximum X participants allowed.” means the room reached its size. Note that each live stream counts as one participant. End some sessions, or ask the owner to upgrade.

Livestreaming is a separate, metered feature. With an RTMPS encoder the message reads “RTMPS livestreaming is not included in your plan.” Upgrade to a plan that includes it.
