The questions we hear most often about Review.

About Review

Review lets you upload a file, comment on the exact frame and share it for approval. It also runs live conferencing with Livestreaming, and the Desktop app brings Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or an SDI feed into a live session. See Welcome.
The latest Chrome and Safari, on desktop and mobile. See Compatibility for the Desktop app requirements.
No. You send a link and your client reviews in the browser. An account is only for people who manage projects.
OBS is not a supported ingest for Review. Use the Desktop app to bring Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or an SDI source into a live session. For a special case, write to support@dfine.io.

Files and sharing

Almost any video, image or audio file. Everyday formats like MP4, MOV, JPG, PNG and WAV play right in the browser. Formats such as R3D, ARI, PSD, HEIC, camera RAW, PDF and office files are stored for download instead of browser preview. The full extension list is on File formats and limits.
Up to 150 GB per file, and up to 250 files per upload. From 100 MB upwards a file is sent in parts.
The original is your uploaded file at full quality. The optimised version is a lighter copy we create for smooth playback. You can switch between them in the preview.
Storage and the number of files depend on your plan. The free plan includes 250 MB and 25 files for trying things out, and paid plans add much more. See Plans and billing.
Yes, a folder can carry its own password. See Security and privacy, and Signing in and security for what happens when that password is lost.

Security and account

With folder and link passwords, link expiry, permission controls per recipient and a full activity log. Live sessions run over WebRTC with SSL and TLS. See Security and privacy.
Inside the European Union. See Security and privacy for the details.
With an authenticator app, from your user profile rather than from a project setting. See Security and privacy for where the switch sits.
Yes. A subscription always hangs on a user account and is managed there, so open Settings → Billing in your personal account, go through to the payment portal and cancel. Your plan stays active until the current period ends. In an organisation, everyone runs on the organisation owner’s plan, so that is the account the subscription sits in.
