# Streaming Classic: viewers cannot get in or watch

> Fixes for Streaming Classic viewers: access denied, expired or deactivated access, password, full room, country block, offline stream.

Viewers join with an access code, a link or a confidential login. The message on screen names what is in the way.

## Getting in

    The code, link or password is wrong. Ask the stream owner for the right invitation. A confidential access has its own password per viewer.

  <Accordion title="'Please enter password to log in.'" icon="lock">
    The link is a protected access and needs a password too. Use the email and password from the invitation.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="'This access is not active yet, or has expired.'" icon="calendar-clock">
    The access has a start and an end time. Wait until it starts, or ask the owner for a new access.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="'The access is deactivated.'" icon="user-x">
    The owner turned the access off and can turn it on again.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="'Please enter your name.'" icon="user">
    Enter a name with at least two characters.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The room is full" icon="users">
    **"The maximum viewer count per stream reached."** or **"...per stream access reached."** means the viewer limit of the plan or the access is used up. Wait for someone to leave, or ask the owner to raise it.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Blocked by country" icon="globe-lock">
    **"This session is restricted to specific countries."** means geo blocking is on, and the owner can allow your country. **"Your location could not be verified..."** means a VPN or company network hides your location. Connect over a normal internet connection.

  <Accordion title="'Access denied. This invitation is bound to a different network.'" icon="shield-x">
    A confidential access locks to the network of the first login. Use that network, or ask the owner to reset the IP of your access.

## Watching

    The encoder is not live yet. Refresh once the owner starts the stream.

  <Accordion title="'Your local connection to the server was lost.'" icon="wifi-off">
    Your connection dropped. Refresh the page or rejoin, and check your network.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The picture does not play" icon="circle-x">
    Use the latest Chrome or Safari, on desktop or mobile.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The colours look wrong" icon="eye">
