# Notifications

> Fixes for email notifications you are not receiving, for both products.

Both products send email notifications and let you choose which ones you get. Pick your product.

        Open **Settings**, **Notifications** and turn email notifications on, then pick the events you care about: a streaming reminder, a stream blocked or paused, an encoder rejected at ingest, and viewer access to a stream. Also check your spam folder and add our address to your contacts.

        Check your choices under **Settings**, **Notifications**, and make sure the events you care about are on. Look in your spam folder, and add our address to your contacts so messages are not blocked.

        If an address keeps failing we stop sending to protect delivery. Make sure the address is correct and your inbox is not full, then update your notification settings to start again.
