# Live sessions

> Fixes for joining a live stream and for conferencing: camera and microphone, view only, room limits.

Pick your product. Streaming is one-way live viewing, conferencing is an interactive room.

        This is almost always an access problem. Check the access is active and within its dates, that the viewer limit is not reached, and that geo blocking allows their country. See [Sharing and access](/en/troubleshooting/sharing-and-access).

      <Accordion title="Conferencing is not available" icon="video-off">
        Conferencing is part of a paid plan. Without it you see **"Conferencing module not active"** or **"Conferencing not available"**. See [Plans and billing](/en/review/billing).

      <Accordion title="Others cannot see or hear me" icon="mic-off">
        Allow the browser to use your camera and microphone when asked, then check you are not muted and the camera is on. If **"Failed to join meeting"** appears, check the invite link and try again.

      <Accordion title="View only. Ask the moderator for control." icon="eye">
        You joined with view only permission. Ask the moderator in the room to give you control so you can take part.
      </Accordion>

      <Accordion title="The meeting password is wrong" icon="lock">
        A protected room shows **"Invalid password"** when the entry does not match. Re-enter the password, or ask the host for the correct one.
      </Accordion>

      <Accordion title="The room is full" icon="users">
        **"Plan limit exceeded: maximum X participants allowed."** means the room reached its size. Note that each live stream counts as one participant. End some sessions, or ask the owner to upgrade.

      <Accordion title="Premium livestreaming is not included in your plan." icon="radio">
        HD and premium livestreaming is a separate, metered feature. Upgrade to a plan that includes it.
