# Account and plans

> Fixes for plan limits, branding, audit log, billing and folder passwords across both products.

Pick your product. Both have plan gating, but the features differ.

      <Accordion title="I hit a plan limit" icon="lock">
        On the free plan you may see messages like **"Free plan is limited to one project. Upgrade your plan."** for projects, streams or accesses. Delete what you no longer need, or upgrade.
      </Accordion>

      <Accordion title="Your plan does not include branding." icon="palette">
        Custom branding is part of higher plans. Upgrade to use your own logo and colours.
      </Accordion>

      <Accordion title="I cannot see the audit log" icon="scroll-text">
        **"Plan Unauthorized."** means your plan does not include the audit log. Upgrade or ask your administrator.

      <Accordion title="I cannot switch away from pay as you go" icon="credit-card">
        The instant switch needs some usage first. You see **"Available from 5€ accumulated usage"** with your current amount. Keep streaming until you reach 5€, or cancel through the billing portal instead.

      <Accordion title="Activity Log requires a paid plan." icon="scroll-text">
        The activity log and live features need a paid plan. See [Plans and billing](/en/review/billing).

      <Accordion title="I cannot change my plan or payment" icon="credit-card">
        Billing belongs to the account owner. If you own the organisation, open the billing portal from **Settings**, **Billing**.
      </Accordion>

      <Accordion title="A team or organisation limit is reached" icon="users">
        As a member you see **"Plan limit reached. Please contact the project owner."** The owner sees the exact overage, for example more seats or organisations than the plan includes, and can remove some or upgrade.

      <Accordion title="I forgot a folder password" icon="key-round">
        Folder passwords cannot be recovered. A project owner can remove the protection without the old password and set a new one. Only project owners can do this.
