# Where do I turn on access for my clients to a stream?

> In a stream slot's Accesses tab, create a viewer access: unique link, password protected or confidential with IP lock.

  <Step title="Open the stream slot">
    Go to **My Projects**, open the project and the stream slot.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open Accesses">
    In the **Accesses** tab, choose **New access**. Give it an **Alias** and a start and end time.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pick how strict">
    Choose the access type and save. Send your client the link.

| **Unique link** | No password, each invite has its own URL |
| **Password protected** | An auto-generated password to enter before joining |
| **Confidential** | Tied to one email, with a password and an IP lock after the first login |
