# Notifications

> Fixes for Streaming Classic email notifications you are not receiving: reminders, blocked streams, rejected encoders, viewer access.

Streaming Classic emails you about a scheduled stream, a blocked or paused stream, a rejected encoder and viewer access. You choose which of them you get.

    Open **Settings**, **Notifications** and turn email notifications on, then pick the events you care about: a streaming reminder, a stream blocked or paused, an encoder rejected at ingest, and viewer access to a stream. Also check your spam folder and add our address to your contacts.
