# Account and plans

> Fixes for plan limits, branding, the audit log and switching away from pay as you go.

Projects, streams, accesses, branding and the audit log are gated by plan. The message names the limit you hit.

    On the free plan you may see messages like **"Free plan is limited to one project. Upgrade your plan."** for projects, streams or accesses. Delete what you no longer need, or upgrade.

  <Accordion title="Your plan does not include branding." icon="palette">
    Custom branding is part of higher plans. Upgrade to use your own logo and colours.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I cannot see the audit log" icon="scroll-text">
    **"Plan Unauthorized."** means your plan does not include the audit log. Upgrade or ask your administrator.

  <Accordion title="I cannot switch away from pay as you go" icon="credit-card">
    The instant switch needs some usage first. You see **"Available from 5€ accumulated usage"** with your current amount. Keep streaming until you reach 5€, or cancel through the billing portal instead.
