# Account and plans

> Fixes for the activity log, plan changes and organisation limits in Review.

Plans gate the activity log, live features and how many seats or organisations you can have. A subscription hangs on a user account: your own when you work alone, the organisation owner's when you work in an organisation.

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="'Activity Log not available'" icon="scroll-text">
    The activity log needs a paid plan. Under the title you read **"Upgrade your plan to view Activity Logs"**, or, in an organisation, **"Activity Logs are not available in your organization's plan. Contact your organization owner."** See [Plans and billing](/en/review/billing).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I cannot change my plan or payment" icon="credit-card">
    A subscription hangs on a user account and is managed there, so only the person who owns that account can change the plan or the payment method. On your own that is you. In an organisation it is the organisation owner, whose plan everyone runs on. See [Plans and billing](/en/review/billing).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="A team or organisation limit is reached" icon="users">
    Outside an organisation you see **"Plan limit reached. Please contact the project owner."**, inside one **"Plan limit reached. Please contact your organization owner."** The owner sees the exact overage, for example more seats or organisations than the plan includes, and can remove some or upgrade.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I forgot a folder password" icon="key-round">
    Folder passwords cannot be recovered. See [Signing in and security](/en/review/troubleshooting/signing-in-and-security) for what the account owner can reset.
