## About Review

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="What is dfine.io Review?">
    Review lets you upload a file, comment on the exact frame and share it for approval. It also runs live conferencing with Livestreaming, and the Desktop app brings Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or an SDI feed into a live session. See [Welcome](/en/review/index).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Which browsers and devices are supported?">
    The latest Chrome and Safari, on desktop and mobile. See [Compatibility](/en/review/compatibility) for the Desktop app requirements.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do the people I invite need an account?">
    No. You send a link and your client reviews in the browser. An account is only for people who manage projects.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I use OBS with Review?">
    OBS is not a supported ingest for Review. Use the [Desktop app](/en/review/desktop/index) to bring Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or an SDI source into a live session. For a special case, write to [support@dfine.io](mailto:support@dfine.io).

## Files and sharing

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Which file types can I upload?">
    Almost any video, image or audio file. Everyday formats like MP4, MOV, JPG, PNG and WAV play right in the browser. Formats such as R3D, ARI, PSD, HEIC, camera RAW, PDF and office files are stored for download instead of browser preview. The full extension list is on [File formats and limits](/en/review/formats-and-limits).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How large can a file be?">
    Up to 150 GB per file, and up to 250 files per upload. From 100 MB upwards a file is sent in parts.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What is the difference between Original and Optimized?">
    The original is your uploaded file at full quality. The optimised version is a lighter copy we create for smooth playback. You can switch between them in the preview.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How much storage do I get?">
    Storage and the number of files depend on your plan. The free plan includes 250 MB and 25 files for trying things out, and paid plans add much more. See [Plans and billing](/en/review/billing).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How long do share links last?">
    24 hours by default. You can also pick 7 days, a custom date or never. See [Security and privacy](/en/review/security).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I control who can open a link?">
    A share link can be open to anyone with the link, or protected with a password. You can also set what recipients are allowed to do, and turn a link off at any time under **Share Links**.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I protect single folders?">
    Yes, a folder can carry its own password. See [Security and privacy](/en/review/security), and [Signing in and security](/en/review/troubleshooting/signing-in-and-security) for what happens when that password is lost.
  </Accordion>

## Security and account

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="How is my work protected?">
    With folder and link passwords, link expiry, permission controls per recipient and a full activity log. Live sessions run over WebRTC with SSL and TLS. See [Security and privacy](/en/review/security).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Where is my data stored?">
    Inside the European Union. See [Security and privacy](/en/review/security) for the details.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I turn on two factor authentication?">
    With an authenticator app, from your user profile rather than from a project setting. See [Security and privacy](/en/review/security) for where the switch sits.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I pause or cancel my subscription?">
    Yes. A subscription always hangs on a user account and is managed there, so open **Settings → Billing** in your personal account, go through to the payment portal and cancel. Your plan stays active until the current period ends. In an organisation, everyone runs on the organisation owner's plan, so that is the account the subscription sits in.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I contact support?">
    Write to [support@dfine.io](mailto:support@dfine.io). You can also join us on [Slack](https://slack.dfine.io).
