# Compatibility

> Supported browsers, the Desktop app requirements and which file formats get a preview in Review.

Review runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install. For the best experience use the latest **Chrome or Safari**, on desktop or mobile. The Desktop app needs macOS 15 or newer and runs on Apple Silicon and Intel; DaVinci Resolve ingest needs Apple Silicon. See [Desktop app](/en/review/desktop/index).

## File formats

Almost any video, image, audio or document file uploads and downloads. Whether it also gets a *preview* depends on its format, its size and, for video, its length.
