# Technical facts

    Playout runs over WebRTC with SSL/TLS and AES 256-bit encryption, ingest over RTMPS with SSL. Every account can use two-factor sign-in. Access control covers playout tokens, ingest username and password, confidential access with IP lock, and geo blocking.
