# Which product do I need?

> A short overview of dfine.io Streaming Classic, dfine.io Review and dfine.io Desktop, and what each one is for.

dfine.io comes in three parts. They share an account, and you can use them side by side.

    Live streaming for clients who need to watch a session as it happens. You set up a stream slot, share a link, and your viewers join in the browser. Works with OBS and with hardware encoders.

    Upload cuts, collect frame-accurate comments and keep versions together. For feedback rounds that happen after the session rather than during it.

    A macOS application that streams straight out of Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, without a screen recorder in between. For live sessions from your edit or grade.

## How to choose

**Someone needs to watch you work, right now.** Use Streaming Classic if you are playing out from OBS or hardware. Use Desktop if the picture comes from Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, because it takes the programme directly and skips the screen recording.

**Someone needs to comment on a cut, in their own time.** That is Review.

**Both.** Many teams stream a session live and then upload the same cut for written feedback afterwards.
